A lifelong resident of North Spokane, Riley grew up wanting to be a Professional Firefighter and achieved that goal in 2014 when he was hired full time with Fire District 9. Riley previously owned and operated Anderson Auto and Marine Detailing, and understands the importance of attention to detail, trustworthiness and professionalism.
After purchasing his first home in 2016 he sold it in 2020 to build a custom home on newly acquired raw land. Riley spent the better part of 2020 developing the land, from installing the driveway, clearing the building site, drawing plans and obtaining building permits he understands the process from start to finish.
